糠醛精制装置污染物减排技术改造措施

摘要 介绍了某石化公司糠醛精制装置污染物排放方面存在的问题,分析了装置含油含醛污水、废气、噪声等污染物的来源,并详细阐述了已实施的各项治理措施,包括:减少污水中的醛含量采取提高脱水塔进料温度、更换塔盘,使得醛水汽提更加完全,同时,降低水溶液分离罐的进料温度,防止醛水分离罐内湿醛乳化,使得分离更容易;减少废气污染主要对加热炉进行改造,包括增加一台空气预热器,对加热炉炉体附件进行了密闭改造;减少噪声主要采用低噪音设备,蒸汽放空使用疏水阀。通过采取这些措施,取得了很好的效果,达到了装置污染物减排的目的。 The existence of a Petrochemical Industries Co furfural refining unit of pollutant emissions prob- lem, respectively analyzes the source device contai- ning oil sewage, waste gas, noise aldehyde pollu- tants, and described in detail including all kinds of measures have been implemented: reduce the formal- dehyde content in wastewater taken high tower feed temperature, replace the tray, the aldehyde water stripping more completely, at the same time, reduce the solution separation feed temperature tank, prevent formaldehyde water separation tank wet aldehyde emulsification, makes separation easier; reduce exhaust pollution mainly carries on the transformation to the heating furnace, including an increase in an air preheater, the closed transformation of heating fur- nace accessories; reduce noise mainly with low noise equipment, steam venting the use of traps. By taking these measures, and achieved very good results, to achieve the purpose of pollutant emission reduction device.
