摘要
介绍了某石化公司糠醛精制装置污染物排放方面存在的问题,分析了装置含油含醛污水、废气、噪声等污染物的来源,并详细阐述了已实施的各项治理措施,包括:减少污水中的醛含量采取提高脱水塔进料温度、更换塔盘,使得醛水汽提更加完全,同时,降低水溶液分离罐的进料温度,防止醛水分离罐内湿醛乳化,使得分离更容易;减少废气污染主要对加热炉进行改造,包括增加一台空气预热器,对加热炉炉体附件进行了密闭改造;减少噪声主要采用低噪音设备,蒸汽放空使用疏水阀。通过采取这些措施,取得了很好的效果,达到了装置污染物减排的目的。
