摘要
目的:观察黄连阿胶汤联合西药治疗冠心病的疗效。方法:将冠心病患者78例随机分为观察组和对照组各39例,对照组采用抑制血小板等常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用黄连阿胶汤,比较2组临床疗效及高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C),心率、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)变化情况。结果:治疗前2组患者HDL-C,心率、SBP、DBP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组HDL-C、心率、SBP、DBP均较治疗前改善,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄连阿胶汤联合西药治疗冠心病可明显改善患者主要症状,且无明显不良反应。
Objective： To explore clinical effects of HuangLian EJioo Tang combined with western medicine in treating coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods： Seventy-eight patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, the control group accepted western medicine to inhibit blood platelet, and the observation group were treated by HuangLian EJiao Tang, to compare clinical effects, high density lipoprotein （HDL-C）, heart rate, systolic blood pressure （SBP）, diastolic blood pressure （DBP） between both groups. Results： The difference between both groups in the comparisons of HDL-C, heart rate, SBP and DBP had no statistical meaning （P〉0.05） before treating. HDL-C, heart rate, SBP and DBP of the observation group improved after treating compared with before treating, the difference presented statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： HuangLian EJioo Tang combined with western medicine could improve main symptoms of the patients in treating CHD without obvious adverse reaction.
