摘要
以低中高三种含Nb的低碳微合金钢作为试验钢,研究了Nb低碳微合金钢钢组织、碳氮化物析出相和性能之间的关系。结果表明,试验钢的热处理组织为低碳板条贝氏体+多边形铁素体。随着铌含量增加,试验钢组织中板条贝氏体含量和碳氮化物析出相数量明显增加,组织明显细化,试验钢强度显著提高。当Nb含量超过0.05%后,试验钢的强度增加不明显。因此,在低碳微合金钢中Nb的合理添加量在0.05%左右。
The particle precipitation behavior, microstructure and properties of three kinds of low-carbon steels microalloyed with Nb were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the steels are polygon ferrite and lath bainite. The volume fraction of bainite and second phase particle in steels increases with increasing Nb content. And the mean grain size of ferrite in steel is finer with increasing Nb content. This strengthening effect has a huge contribution in improving elevatedtemperature strength when Nb content is below 0.05 wt.%. The strength of steels obvious increase with the increase of Nb content, but it becomes relatively weak when Mo content is more than or equal to 0.05 wt%. A reasonable amount of Nb is about 0.05 wt% in low-carbon microalloyed steel.
