Wind Turbine Work Efficiency Assessment Method Based on Speed-Maximum Expected Power Curve

摘要 分析风机历史风速-功率曲线,建立风速-最大功率期望曲线模型,重构风功率曲线以消除非风机因素对风机工作效率评估的影响。在正常工作状态下,依据重构的功率曲线,提出风机综合工作效率和风速工作效率计算方法,实现了对风机状态实时评估及在线预警,并采用实际运行数据进行了工作效率评估验证。结果表明,所提方法在在线监测和实时预警方面是有效的。 The speed-maximum expected power curve model was proposed based on the historical speed-power curve of wind turbines,and speed-power curve was rebuilt for eliminating the influence of the non-wind turbine factor on the work efficiency assessment. With the rebuilding speed-power curve,a calculation method of wind turbine comprehensive work efficiency and specific wind speed work efficiency assessment was proposed. Further,the real-time assessment and early-warning of working wind turbines were realized. Finally,the operation data of the East China Sea wind turbines were programmed for calculation and the result shows the on-line monitoring and realtime warning is effective.
