摘要
[目的]为评价恩诺沙星合成抗原免疫对动物机体的影响提供参考。[方法]用恩诺沙星合成抗原免疫小鼠,探讨恩诺沙星合成抗原免疫对小鼠肝脏组织中谷草转氨酶(AST)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性的影响。[结果]对照组小鼠AST活性为(384.34±74.06)U/mg prot,试验组为(358.04±48.63)U/mg prot,差异不显著(P>0.05)。对照组小鼠ALT活性为(934.92±117.94)U/mg prot,试验组为(523.78±94.60)U/mg prot,差异极显著(P<0.01)。[结论]恩诺沙星合成抗原免疫对小鼠肝脏组织ALT活性有抑制作用,但对AST活性没有明显影响。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide references for evaluating the effects of enrofloxacin synthetic antigen on the transaminase activity in the liver of mice. [ Method] The mice was immunized with enrofloxacin synthetic antigen to discuss its effects on the activities of AST and ALT in the liver of mice. [ Result] The activity of AST of mice in the control group was (384.34 ±74.06) U/mg prot and that in test group was (358.04 ±48.63 ) U/mg prot, there was no significant difference between control group and test group( P 〉 0. 05 ). The activity of ALT of mice in the control group was (934.92 ±117.94) U/mg prot and that in test group was(523.78 ±94.60) U/mg prot, there was extremely significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion ] The immunization with enrofloxacin synthetic antigen could inhibit the activity of ALT in the liver of mice, but it had no obvious effect on the activity of AST.
