摘要
以紫罗兰[Matthiola incana(L.)R.Br.]品种和谐(M.incana cv.Harmony)、灰姑娘(M.incana cv.Cinderella)为试材,分别进行15℃常温、6℃低温胁迫处理,比较了2个品种在2种温度条件下叶片相对电导率、MDA含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、SOD与POD活性等指标的变化。结果表明,在15℃常温下,2个品种的各生理参数大部分差异不显著;但随着6℃低温胁迫时间的持续,2个品种的叶片相对电导率快速上升,MDA含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、SOD活性大部分显著增加,而POD活性持续下降。
Using Matthiola incana(L.)R. Br. cv. Harmony,M. incana cv. Cinderella as the material,effects of relative electric conductivity(REC),malondialdehyde(MDA) content,soluble proteins,soluble sugar and activities of peroxidases(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD) under15 ℃ norml-temperature and 6 ℃ low-temperature stress. Results showed that.The difference between the 2 cultivars were notsignificant parameters under 15 ℃ norml-temperature. Under 6 ℃ low-temperature stress,REC,MDA content increased,activities of SOD,the contents of soluble proteins,soluble sugar kept significantly increased.But the activity of POD decreased.
