胰头癌的外科治疗进展

摘要 胰腺癌是世界范围内严重危害人类健康的恶性肿瘤,其发病率位居发达国家男性恶性肿瘤的第10位,女性恶性肿瘤的第9位,病死率位居第4位[1].在胰腺癌中,发病率较高的胰头癌起病隐匿,不易早期发现,并且进展迅速,极易侵犯周围组织脏器、血管和神经,手术切除率低,术后并发症发病率及病死率高.目前,根治性手术仍然是早中期胰头癌患者的首选治疗方式,本文对目前胰头癌外科治疗的热点问题进行探讨.
