摘要
目的探讨复方苦参在食管癌三维适形调强放疗中的应用研究及病人的临床效果。方法选取80例老年食管癌病人,随机分为两组,研究组40例给予复方苦参联合放疗治疗,对照组仅给予单纯放疗,观察两组毒副作用、生活质量,近期疗效等。结果研究组治疗有效率及临床获益率显高于对照组;研究组患者生存质量高于对照组;毒副作用中,骨髓抑制发生率、消化道反应低于对照组。结论采用复方苦参联合放疗治疗食管癌病人,具有较好的近期效果,可以改善患者生存质量及免疫功能,减轻放疗反应,延长生存期。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and application of compound Radix Sophorae Flavescentis injection in the three dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiotherapy for esophageal carcinoma. Methods eighty senile patients with esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups. The study group was treated with compound Radix Sophorae Flavescentis injection and radiotherapy （ three dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiotherapy）. The control group received only radiotherapy. The side effects, quality of life, recently therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed. Results The response rate and clinical benefit rate of study group were higher than those of the control group; The quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group; The side effect, bone marrow suppression rate and digestive tract reaction were lower than those of the control group. Conclusion Compound Radix Sophorae Flavescentis injection combined with radiotherapy on the treatment of esophageal carcinoma had satisfactory recently therapeutic effect. It can improve the quality of life and immunity, alleviate the side effects of radiotherapy, and prolong survival time.
