摘要
目前国内针对变速箱在线交检试验台的研究很少,且生产的变速箱在线交检试验台存在设备体积过大,工作噪声大以及检测不同变速箱产品时需要手工换型等诸多问题。针对变速箱在线交检试验台存在的诸多问题,对试验台结构优化及噪声控制、实车离合器的选择、自动化实现以及主轴箱对接精度等关键问题进行重点研究,研制出具有体积小、自动化程度高、运行稳定的新型变速箱在线交检试验台。试验结果表明,研制出的设备能良好地满足使用要求。
At present,there is little special research on transmission on- line test bench,the equipment also had a lot of problems,such as the volume is too large,the high noise,the demand for manual operation on type switching etc. To counter these problems,focusing on the test bench structure optimization,noise control,the choice of the clutch,automation implementation and spindle box docking precision are studied. A new type of transmission on- line test- bench with small volume,high degree of automation,stable operation is developed. Experimental results show that,this new type test- bench can meet the requirement of application.
