摘要
根据权变理论,社会宏观环境快速变化、大学生主体性需要、教育治理的新要求等内外部环境的变化要求大学生职业发展教育必须采取相应的最优化策略。大学生职业发展教育应加强顶层设计,建立教育的系统观,并把握情景性、注重动态性,引导大学生正确对待职业发展,形成科学的职业择业观和价值观。
It is considered on the basis of the contingency theory that the optimum tactics must be relatively taken to do the student career development education because of the external and internal environment such as the rapid change of social macro environment, the subjective demands of students, and the newly requirement of governance in education. And it is necessary in the student career development education to improve the top-level design, establish the systematic view of edu- cation, and guide students correctly to deal with the career development with good mastery of the situation and with the em- pbasis on the dynamics for the cultivation of scientific career choice and career view of value.
