摘要 目的分析新生儿窒息合并心肌损害的心肌肌钙蛋白I水平变化情况及意义。方法择取2012年4月至2014年12月间三门峡市中医院收治的40例中度窒息和40例轻度窒息患儿为研究对象,并选取同期40例健康新生儿为对照组,对所有对象应用免疫化学发光测定法(CLIA)进行血清c Tn I浓度的监测。结果新生儿窒息时的血清cTnI浓度上升明显,与其窒息程度之间呈正相关关系,健康新生儿与轻度、重度窒息新生儿比较差异明显(P<0.05),轻度组和重度组之间的数据比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 cTnl指标变化对新生儿窒息心肌损害具有诊断价值,值得临床关注。 Objective To analyze the situation and the significance of neonatal asphyxia with myocardial damage cardiac troponin I levels. Methods From April 2012 to December 2014 totally 40 cases admitted to hospital with moderate asphyxia and 40 cases of children with mild asphyxia as the research object, and select the same period 40 cases of healthy newborns as control group, all objects immunization chemiluminescence assay (CLIA) serum cTnl concentration monito- ring. Results Serum cTnl concentration increased significantly during asphyxia, a positive correlation, between healthy newborns and their degree of asphyxia and mild, moderate and severe neonatal asphyxia obvious difference between the P 〈 0.05, mild and severe groups Data obvious difference, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion cTnl index changes have diagnostic value of neonatal asphyxia myocardial damage, is worthy of attention.
