摘要
通过介绍大学生心理档案的内容、性质和研究现状,以及建立大学生心理档案的意义和作用,分析大学生心理档案建设工作中遇到的问题,并提出相应的对策。
The paper introduces college students＇ psychological file content, nature and the research situation, and the significance and function of establishing college students＇ psychological archives. Then the paper makes an analysis of the problems encountered in the work of college students＇ psychological archives construction, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
