摘要
本文介绍了国际标准化的骨内植入研究方法和用它对两种根管充填材料(以下简称根充材料)FR 和 CCQ 进行生物学相容性评价的结果。将两种根充材料植入豚鼠下颌骨内,经术后5、30和90天的组织病理学检查发现它们引起的炎性反应都较轻,表明它们都有较好的生物学相容性,不过,CCQ 材料的结缔组织被膜的成熟有延迟的倾向。
The purpose of this study was to examine the bone reactions to 2 endodontic materialFR and CCQ.The standardized bone implantation technique recommended by FDI was used in thisstudy.The results showed both materials caused basically slight inflammatory reactions.Neither systemic toxic reaction nor allergization caused by either CCQ or FR were observed,which indicate that they possess good qualities of biocompatibilities.However,CCQ has thetendency of delay in maturing of connective tissue.
