快背式车型后雨刮降低空气升力的设计和验证方法

摘要 通过对快背式车型尾部气流及后雨刮受力状态分析,介绍了减小后雨刮空气升力的结构优化方式。结合雨刮设计要求,通过风洞试验和整车高速试验完成后雨刮结构优化前后的对比验证,解决了高速时后雨刮起翘问题,并对快背式新车型后雨刮设计验证提供指导。 The Rear wiper structure optimization method to reduce wind lift is introduced ac- cording to the analysis of fastback vehicle end airflow and rear wiper force status. Through comparison in both wind tunnel and vehicle high speed tests, the wind lift reduction structure of rear wiper is vali- dated and wind lift issue is resolve, and design and validation guideline is also provided for new fast- back vehicle development.
