摘要
从常用胰岛素笔的类型、针头的选择和使用、相关注射技巧及笔体维护方面综述糖尿病病人胰岛素笔使用的研究进展,指出胰岛素笔正确的保存及使用可提高胰岛素治疗效果和病人治疗依从性,规范安全地使用胰岛素笔可以减少因操作不当引起的不良事件、提高病人胰岛素治疗满意度,进而提高血糖控制达标率,防止或延缓糖尿病各种并发症。
It reviewed the research progress on use of insulin pens of diabetes patients from types.the selection and usage of needles tip,related injection technique and maintain of insulin pens body,It pointed out that the in-sulin pen kept and used correctly can improve the curative effect of insulin and patients’compliance,regulate and safe use of the insulin pen can reduce adverse events caused by improper operation,improve patients’satisfaction with insulin therapy,thereby increasing the compliance rate of blood sugar control,prevent or delay varieties of diabetes complications.
