摘要
目的对慢性乙肝患者抗病毒治疗的依从性进行研究。方法对于2013年11月~2014年11月接受抗病毒治疗的80例慢性乙肝患者进行问卷调查,内容包括患者的基本情况、健康信念和治疗依从性等。结果本组80例慢性乙肝患者的服药依从性良好,但是按时复诊检查、遵守健康行为依从性相对较差。对抗病毒治疗相关知识认知、健康信念、选择不同的抗病毒药物等都是影响乙肝患者治疗依从性的主要因素。结论在患者住院期间,要根据影响治疗依从性的因素,加强对患者的健康教育,提高慢性乙肝患者抗病毒治疗的依从性,提高治疗效果,降低不良事件的发生。
Objective To study the antiviral treatment compliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 80 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients received antiviral therapy from November 2013 to November 2014 were selected for questionnaire survey, and the patient＇s basic information, health belief and treatment compliance and other content were included Results The medication compliance of 80 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were good, but the compliance of recheck time and health behavior were not. The patients＇ antiviral therapy knowledge, health beliefs, choose different antiviral drugs are the main influencing factors of treatment compliance. Conclusion According to the influencing factors of treatment compliance, during the hospitalization, it is helpful to improve the patients＇ treatment compliance to strengthen patients in health education, which can improve the therapeutic effect, and greatly reduce the occurrence of adverse events in patients.
