摘要
城市轨道交通标段划分应以工程建设各项目标为导向,以保证城市轨道交通项目安全、质量、工期、经济成本为原则,考虑工程特点及业主方管理能力及资金等因素。依照我国招投标法及招标程序,合理划分标段,可减轻建设单位的管理压力及施工风险,保证工程建设有序、可控地顺利进行。文章介绍了我国城市轨道交通线路建设招标采购标段划分现行模式,分析了存在的问题,并提出了合理性建议,以及今后在建设招标采购标段划分中应注意的问题。
In accordance with China＇s bidding and tendering procedures, rational division sections can reduce manage stress and construction risks of construction units to ensure construction engineering carried out orderly and controllable smoothly. The paper describes the current mode of China＇s urban rail transit line construction bidding and procurement tenders sections division, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions and attentions should be paid in future construction bidding and purchasing sections division.
