地铁盾构下穿地下结构物变形及应力计算分析 被引量:4

摘要 以常州地铁1号线盾构下穿十字形的中防花园商贸城为工程背景,运用Flac3D模拟研究其受施工影响下的结构沉降和应力分布情况及其安全性。研究表明,中防花园商贸城结构受盾构施工影响的沉降变化较为明显,商贸城结构在盾构掘进入口的位置沉降值最大,约为6.27 mm;商贸城结构的最大压应力为8.74 MPa,出现在隧道上方的支撑柱位置;最大拉应力为1.11 MPa,出现在商贸城侧墙拐角靠上位置;商贸城结构在盾构下穿施工的影响下其安全系数为1.41,总体上处于安全状态。 Taking Changzhou metro line 1 shield under-passing engineering as an example, the paper uses Flac3D simulation to study the structure settlement and stress distribution under construction influence and its safety. The studies have shown that structure settlement changes of Zhongfang Garden Trade Center affected by impact of shield construction are rather big, maximum settlement value of trade center structure occurs at the portal position of shield tunneling entrance, the maximum pressure stress appears at the top of support column position in tunnel, and the maximum tensile stress appears in the corner on upper part of Trade Center side wall, The paper makes conclusion that safety factors of Trade Center structure under the influence of shield construction under-passing engineering are overall in the safe state.
