摘要
目的通过观察高血压患者及健康体检者血清内皮细胞微颗粒[CD62E(+)EMPs]及血清高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平变化,进一步了解高血压患者体内炎症反应状态及内皮损伤情况,探讨高血压内皮损伤与炎症的关系,为高血压病防治提供新的理论依据。方法随机选取2013年10月—2014年10月在苏州市中医医院心血管内科门诊或住院的53例高血压患者作为高血压组,再选择29例门诊健康体检者作为对照组,所有研究对象于入院后第2天空腹抽取肘静脉血2 ml,离心后取上层乏血小板血清200μl,分别装在两个EP管内-80℃冻存供分批检验CD62E(+)EMPs、hs-CRP,采用流式细胞仪测定CD62E(+)EMPs,免疫比浊法测定hs-CRP,2组血清CD62E(+)EMPs、hs-CRP比较均采用两独立样本t检验,高血压组血清CD62E(+)EMPs与hs-CRP水平采用一元线性相关分析。结果高血压组血清CD62E(+)EMPs为(342.06±24.23)个/μl,对照组为(322.48±30.72)个/μl,高血压组血清CD62E(+)EMPs水平较对照组明显升高(t=3.176,P=0.002);高血压组hs-CRP水平为(2.99±0.49)mg/L,对照组为(2.56±0.44)mg/L,与对照组相比,高血压组hs-CRP水平也明显升高(t=3.90,P=0.00<0.01);高血压组血清CD62E(+)EMPs与hs-CRP呈正相关(r=0.618,P<0.01)。结论高血压患者体内同时存在炎症反应及血管内皮损伤,且炎症反应可能参与了血管内皮细胞的活化和损伤,抑制体内炎症反应及保护血管内皮细胞,可能成为防治高血压的重要措施。
Objective To compare the levels of serum CD62E( + ) EMPs and hs-CRP in patients with hypertension and normal subjects, investigate the the inflammatory reaction state and endothelial damage in patients with hypertension, explore the relationship between endothelial damage and inflammation, and provide new theoretical basis for the prevention and cure of hypertension. Methods Eighty-two cases of outpatient or hospitalization patients were randomly selected, among them 53 cases of hypertension patients as hypertension group,29 cases of healthy volunteers as control group. The level of CD62E( + ) EMPs was measured by flow cytometry,level of hs-CRP by turbidimetric immunoassay. The levels of serum CD62E( + )EMPs and hs-CRP were compared between the two group by using independent sample t test, serum CD62E( + ) EMPs and hs-CRP levels of the hypertension group were analyzed by using linear correlation analysis. Results The CD62E( + )EMPs levels in the hypertension group and control group were (342.06 ± 24.23 )count/μl and (322.48 ± 30.72) count/In J, respectively. When compared with the control group, CD62E ( + ) EMPs in the hypertension group were significantly increased ( t = 3. 176, P = 0. 002 〈 0.01 ). The hs-CRP levels in the hypertension group and con- trol group were (2.99 ± 0.49 ) mg/L and ( 2.56 ± 0.44) mg,/L, respectively. The hs-CRP level in hypertension group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( t = 3.90, P = 0.00 〈 0.01 ). The levels of serum CD62E ( + ) EMPs was positively correlated with hs-CRP in the hypertension group( r =0.618 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion CD62E( + ) EMPs and hs-CRP in plasma of patients with hypertension are higher than that of healthy people, and There is a positive correlation between them, suggesting that inflammation may be involved in the activation and injury of endothelial cells. Inhibiting the inflammatory reaction and protecting vascular endothelial cells may become the important measures for preventing and controlling hypertension.
