摘要
目的评价降脂减肥胶囊对代谢综合征患者超敏C反应蛋白和踝肱指数的影响。方法选择宁波市鄞州人民医院收治的代谢综合征患者150例,随机分成对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组在基础治疗方案上加用马来酸罗格列酮片,观察组在对照组治疗方式的基础上,患者同时服用降脂减肥胶囊。结果观察组总有效率为90.7%,高于对照组总有效率72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平分别为(2.6±0.7)mg/L、(15.1±3.8)ng/L、(15.5±3.5)ng/L,低于对照组hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平(5.8±1.5)mg/L、(25.7±5.4)ng/L、(24.9±6.1)ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组患者的ABI、FINS、FPG、HOMA-IR均一定程度下降,但观察组的改善情况好于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后,观察组患者Cr、ALT、BUN、AST等肝功能指标均未见明显的变化(P>0.05)。结论降脂减肥胶囊用于治疗代谢综合征能够改善患者的炎症反应、促进血糖的恢复、缓解胰岛素抵抗,同时也降低了心血管风险事件的发生率,疗效确切且安全可靠,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the effects of Jiangzhijianfei capsule intervention on the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） and ankle-brachial index（ABI） in patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods Total 150 cases of metabolic syndrome patients in Ningbo Yinzhou People＇ s hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 75 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were adminstratored with rosiglitazone maleate tablets on the basis of the basic treatment program ; while the patients in the observation group received additional Jiangzhi- jianfei capsule. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 90.7%, higher than 72.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α levels in the observation group were （2.6 ± O. 7 ） mg/L, （ 15.1 ± 3.8 ） ng/L, （ 15.5 ± 3.5 ） ng/L, which were lower than （ 5.8 ± 1.5 ） rag/L, （25.7 ± 5.4） ng/L and （24.9 ± 6.1 ） ng/L in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. After the treatment, ABI, FINS, FPG and HOMA-IR decreased to some extent in both two groups, however, the improvement in the observation group was obviously, which was significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Before and after the treatment,the change of Cr, ALT, BUN, AST and other indicators of liver function observed in patients were no significant, the difference was not significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Jiangzhijianfei capsule for metabolic syndrome can improve the inflammatory response ,promote the recovery of blood glucose, relieve the insulin resistance, reduce the incidence of cardiovascular risk events. It is effective, safe, and of a high clinical value.
