摘要
从促进教师可持续性发展来看,发展性评价理论较之我国高职教育通行的奖惩性评价具有独特的优势。高职院校在引进发展性评价理论时,既要吸收其坚持自我评价为主、促进可持续发展、充分考虑个体差异的原则,又要注意与中国高校文化相适应,做到弘扬团队精神和鼓励出众冒尖相结合、坚持制度底线和鼓励自由发展相结合、立足当前现实和着眼未来发展相结合。根据本校的实际,建立科学、灵活的教师工作发展性评价模型。
From the view of promoting the sustainable development of teachers, the development evaluation advanced with disciplinary evaluation which widely applied in higher vocational colleges. To introduce the development evaluation theory, higher vocational colleges should absorb its insistence on self evaluation, promote sustainable development, consideration the individual differences, and be culturally oriented with the higher vocational colleges of China. Higher vocational colleges should establish scientific and flexible model of the development evaluation, which mixed team spirit with personality development, bottom line system and free development, current reality and future development
