摘要
失地农民的职业发展问题是关系失地农民生存发展与市民化进程的核心问题之一。通过问卷调查发现,杭嘉湖地区失地农民就业率较高,创业情况较好,创业氛围良好;但同时存在失地农民对总体工作满意度不高,就业稳定性不足,就业创业遭遇"瓶颈",人力资本和技能培训不足,社会资本不足,存在一定的"等靠要"思想等问题。因此,需要重视失地农民的职业发展规划,加大失地农民就业创业的扶持力度,创新失地农民的职业培训机制,同时加强失地农民的自身能力建设。
The problem of career development of landless farmers, which has much to do with their urban survival, development and their citizenization, is one of the key issues. A survey in Hangjiahu Area shows that the total employment rate of landless farmers is high and their entrepreneurial business is moderately good, and the entrepreneurial climate is also good. But there are also problems of low job satisfaction, unstable employment, insufficient help from the local government or communities, insufficient vocational training etc. So the government should pay more attention to career planning of landless farmers, renew vocational training mecha- nism, give more help for landless farmers in their jobs hunting and starting businesses. Also the landless farmers themselvs should strengthen the construction of their abilities.
