摘要
目的观察分析抗妇炎胶囊在慢性宫颈炎患者中的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取2013年10月—2014年10月在我院接受治疗的88例慢性宫颈炎患者,分为对照组44例与观察组44例。对照组使用聚甲酚磺醛溶液进行治疗,观察组在对照组患者的治疗基础上加用抗妇炎胶囊。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的宫颈修复时间为(30.1±3.3)d,临床症状改善时间为(10.4±3.6)d,观察组患者明显短于对照组患者,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组临床治疗总有效率为88.6%明显高于对照组患者的70.5%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论将抗妇炎胶囊应用到慢性宫颈炎患者的临床治疗中,能够有效缩短患者的宫颈修复时间和临床症状改善时间,具有较好的临床治疗效果,值得在临床应用中推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Kangfuyan capsule in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods Randomly selecting 88 cases of patients with chronic cervicitis in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014, they were divided into control group and observation group, and each group had 44 cases. The control group received policresulen solution treatment. The observation group received Kangfuyan capsules based on the control group. The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results Cervical repair time of the observation group was（30.1 3.3） d, and clinical symptoms improvement time was（10.4 3.6） d, which were shorter than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.6% which was significantly higher than that of the control group（70.5 %）, and the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Kangfuyan capsule in the treatment of chronic cervicitis can effectively shorten the cervical repair time and the clini-cal symptoms improvement time, and has better clinical therapeutic effect. It is worthy of popularization in clinical application.
