摘要
目的分析研究子宫内膜异位症痛经的中西医结合护理。方法对照组37例患者的护理模式为一般常规护理,观察组30例患者的护理模式为中西医结合护理,比较分析不同护理实施后疗效。结果治疗后痛经积分以及治疗后观察组与对照组相比差异显著,观察组治疗有效率以及护理满意率优于对照组,P<0.05。结论子宫内膜异位症痛经患者可采用中西医结合护理干预,效果显著。
Objective To study the integrated medicine nursing for the endometriosis dysmenorrhea. Methods 37 patients in the control group were given general routine nursing. 30 patients in the observation group were given integrated medicine nursing. The effect of nursing was analyzed. Results After treatment, there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the dysmenorrhea score, and the effective rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were superior to the control group P〈0.05. Conclusion Patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea can be treated with integrated medicine, and the effect is significant.
