摘要
将56例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组在常规治疗和常规护理的基础上实施中医护理。出院时对所有受试者进行心功能分级和明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量评价。结果显示中医辨证施护有助于提高慢性心衰患者的生活质量。
56 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group according to the ran-dom number table. On the basis of routine treatment and nursing, the intervention group received nursing based on syndrome differentia-tion. The heart function and quality of life were evaluated at discharge. The result showed that nursing based on syndrome differentiation was benefit for the improvement of quality of life.
