摘要
目的探讨以胆胀中医护理方案为依据,运用"随症采集"方法,对腹腔镜胆囊切除手术(LC)患者恢复的影响。方法将2014年1月—2015年3月360例实施LC手术的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组实施传统常规护理,实验组以胆胀中医护理方案为依据,运用"随症采集"方法,通过患者症状信息采集,在腹腔镜胆囊切除手术前后患者实施中医护理技术。结果实验组病人在住院时间、病人满意度、患者症状缓解的治疗效果等方面均优于对照组。结论运用"随症采集"方法,实施胆胀中医护理方案,可促进腹腔镜胆囊切除患者的康复,提高治疗效果,同时,促进中医护理技术在临床上的应用,提高病人的满意度。
Objective Based on gallbladder distention of TCM nursing plan, utilizing the ＂ collection according to the symptom＂ method to discuss its effect on the recovery of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）. Methods From January 2014 to March 2015,360 cases of LC surgery patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group received traditional routine nursing. In the experimental group, based on gallbladder distention of TCM nursing plan, utilizing the ＂ collection according to the symptom＂ method, through the symptoms information collection, and TCM nursing technique was implemented in patients before and af-ter the laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results The hospitalization time, patient satisfaction and patient symptoms treatment effects of the experimental group were better than those of the control group. Conclusion Using the ＂ collection according to the symptom＂ method and implementing gallbladder distention of TCM nursing plan can promote the rehabilitation of patients with LC, and improve the effect.At the same time, it can promote the TCM nursing technique in the clinical applications, and improve patients ＇ satisfaction.
