摘要
参苓白术散是临床有效治疗慢性胃肠炎、肺结核等证属脾虚型的常用方剂。本文从其方源发展与各家认识两方面探析其制方思路;从病机阐述、配伍讲解、运用发挥三方面进行教学探析。意在全面透彻理解参苓白术散,从而使本方在教学过程中能收到良好的教学效果,以提高方剂学教学水平。同时,为扩大参苓白术散的临床运用阐明理论依据。
Shenling Baizhu powder is a commonly used prescription for treatment of chronic gastroenteritis and tuberculosis of syndromes of spleen deficiency effectively. This article analyzed the prescription theory from the two aspects of its source development and various understanding, and analyzed the teaching ideas from the three aspects of the pathogenesis, compatibility and the application. The purpose was to understand comprehensively Shenling Baizhu powder and to receive good teaching effect in the teaching process, then improve the teaching level of the prescription science, at the same time, to clarify theoretical basis for clinical use to expand Shenling Baizhu powder.
