摘要
目的探讨运用血府逐瘀汤合苓桂术甘汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2013—2014年的60例心衰患者为研究对象,治疗组内服中药血府逐瘀汤合苓桂术甘汤加减,配合西医常规治疗。对照组只进行西医常规治疗。比较两组治疗后效果。结果治疗组总有效率92%,对照组总有效率76%。两组比较有显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论血府逐瘀汤合苓桂术甘汤加减治疗慢性心衰的疗效较单纯运用西药疗效显著,有效缓解患者临床症状,可提高临床效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Linggui Zhugan decoction in treating chronic heart failure. Methods 60 cases of patients with heart failure from 2013 to 2014 were selected as research subjects. The treatment group used Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and Linggui Zhugan decoction combined with conventional Western medicine treatment. The control group used conventional Western medicine treatment only. The effects of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control was 92% and 76%, respectively, and there was significant difference（ P〈0.01）.Conclusion The effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Linggui Zhugan decoction in treating chronic heart failure was more significant than that of Western medicine, it can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms, and improve clinical effect.
