摘要
目的研究探讨益气通阳祛痰通络联合西药治疗恢复期脑梗死的临床效果。方法将我院2012年4月—2014年4月收治的恢复期脑梗死患者90例分为两组进行比较。两组患者分别为45例,对照组患者单独采用常规西药治疗的方法进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上联合应用益气通阳祛痰通络的方法进行治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果在患者治疗一段时间后发现,观察组患者治疗有效率86.7%,对照组患者治疗有效率为64.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与此同时患者功能缺损评分较治疗前均有所改善,观察组患者改善状况优于对照组患者,数据符合统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论采用益气通阳祛痰通络联合西药治疗恢复期脑梗死临床效果确切,对患者疾病的康复具有非常好的促进作用,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of benefiting qi to dredging yang and eliminating phlegm for removing obstruction in collaterals combined with Western medicine in treating cerebral infarction during convalescence stage. Methods From April 2012 to April2014, 90 patients with cerebral infarction during convalescence stage were divided into two groups, and each group had 45 cases. The patients in the control group were treated by routine Western medicine. The observation group received benefiting qi to dredging yang and eliminating phlegm for removing obstruction in collaterals treatment on the basis of the routine Western medicine. The clinical therapeutic effect was compared. Results After a period of treatment, the effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 86.7 % and64.4%, respectively, and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. At the same time, the patient function defect score were improved, the improve performance of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The benefiting qi to dredging yang and eliminating phlegm for removing obstruction in collaterals combined with Western medicine in treating cerebral infarction during convalescence stage had exact effect, had a very good role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients, and was worthy of clinical popularization and application.
