摘要
目的观察益气化痰通瘀汤对冠心病心绞痛血脂影响。方法将入选的120例患者随机分为两组,两组同时给予阿托伐他汀钙20 mg口服1次/日,治疗组同时给予益气化痰通瘀汤口服,每天2次,一次200 ml。一个月为一疗程。主要观察治疗前后血脂改善情况。结果治疗前后血脂各项指标,治疗组和对照组比较,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论在服用他汀类药物的基础上,益气化痰通瘀汤可进一步降低冠心病心绞痛患者血脂水平。
Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Huatan Tongyu decoction on blood lipid of patient with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 120 coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris were divided into two groups, and each group had 60 patients. The two groups were given routine anti angina pectoris treatment, and the treatment group was given Yiqi Huatan Tongyu decoc-tion based on the control group, each time 200 ml, 2 times a day. After 4 weeks of treatment, the electrocardiogram, clinical symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of ECG of the treatment group and the control group was 85.0% and 68.3%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Comparing with the control group, TCM syndromes of chest pain, chest tightness, shortness of breath, palpitations, weakness,sweating and insomnia of the treatment group had significantly improved, and TCM syndromes score significantly reduce（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yiqi Huatan Tongyu decoction can reduce the level of blood lipid of patient with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease on the basis of the statin.
