摘要
《备急千金要方·求子》全面体现了唐以前中医对不孕症病因病机的认识和治疗方法。该书认为劳伤虚损、瘀浊阻滞胞宫以及外感风寒客于胞宫是造成不孕的主要原因,提出男女同治,驱邪为主、攻补兼施和内外同治的治疗策略。深入探讨《千金方》关于不孕症的治疗,有助于研究唐代中医理论体系,也有助于指导当前的妇科临床实践。
Beiji Qianjin Yaofang·Praying gathers the TCM etiology and pathogenic knowledge and treatments of infertility before Tang Dynasty. This book believed that the main course of infertility was over-strained injury, phlegm-dampness accumulating in the uterus or the wind-cold coagulating in the uterus. And put forward the treatment strategy that both male and female need treated, dispelling the pathogen should be taken the main treatment, reinforcement and elimination in combination and both the exterior and the interior. To fur-ther research the treatment theory of infertility in Beiji Qianjin Yaofang is able to either study the TCM theory system in Tang Dynasty and guide the clinical practice of gynecology.
