计及潮流断面稳定限额的分区电网最大供电能力研究 被引量:10

摘要 随着电网规模的迅速发展,电网分层分区随之深入,其中分区电网的最大供电能力(TSC)是电网规划与运行部门十分关注的一个问题。文中基于最优潮流提出了分区电网最大供电能力计算方法,将TSC转换为满足电网安全运行约束条件下的最优化问题,通过将关键输电断面稳定限额引入约束条件,间接在TSC中考虑了电网的N-1/N-2约束,最优化问题采用非线性内点法求解。通过对江苏电网的数值计算,结果表明,提出的分区电网最大供电能力计算方法是实用有效的。 With the rapid development of power grids, the management and dispatch for power systems are deeply done in a hierarchical and distributed manner. Total supply capability (TSC) of zone grids becomes a very important problem which has attracted many attention by power systems planning and operation departments. Optimal power flows based TSC calculation method is investigated in this paper. The TSC can be handled as a nonlinear programming problem, which satisfies certain physical and operating constraints. Critical interface flow limits are introduced in order to consider N-1/N-2 contingencies indirectly. The nonlinear interior point method is employed to calculate the TSC. Numerical results of Jiangsu power grid are presented. The proposed method is practical and effective.
