摘要
通过将半固态浆料浇注到不同冷却速率的模具中.研究冷却速率对半固态浆料凝固组织的影响。结果表明,铸件的凝固组织受冷却速率的影响较大,随着冷却速率的降低,晶粒的形状逐渐向近球形演化,同时伴随着晶粒尺寸的长大。综合考虑凝固组织中的晶粒尺寸和形状的变化规律,当冷却速率为0.40-0.31℃/s时,所得凝固组织最为理想。
The effect of cooling rate on solidified microstructure of A356 alloy semi-solid slurry was studied by pouring semi-solid slurry into moulds with different cooling rates. The results show that casting solidified microstruetures were greatly affected by the cooling rates. With the decrease of cooling rate, the grain shape was gradually transformed to near spherical accompanied by the growth of grain size. Considered comprehensively with the evolution law of the grain size and its shape in solidified microstructure, the ideal solidified mierostructure was obtained when the cooling rate was 0.40--0.31 ℃/s.
