摘要
以冷作模具为研究对象,通过对比不同热处理工艺下典型冷作模具钢的失效形态和特征,研究其失效原因和失效形式。结果表明,疲劳失效、磨损失效以及过载失效是冷作模具的主要失效形式。
The failure reason and failure types of cold die with different heat treatment processes were studied by analyzing failure morphological and characteristics. The results show that fatigue failure, wear failure and overload failure are the main failure mode of the cold die.
