潜水器光电复合缆恒张力收放绞车的设计 被引量:4

摘要 光电复合缆恒张力收放技术是有缆遥控潜水器的一项关键技术,该技术直接影响潜水器载体的收放及作业过程中光电复合缆的安全。针对目前潜水器收放系统中光电复合缆收放技术的特点,给出了一种具有张力可控、低张力收卷、自动排缆、能够提供大牵引力的新型光电复合缆张力收放绞车设计方案。 The deploying and retracting of optic-electrical composite cable is a key technique for remotely operated vehicle(ROV), which directly affects the cable's safety in the course of vehicle's recovery and working. Aiming at the current characteristics in today's optic-electrical composite cable in the deploying and retracting system of ROV, a scheme of optic-electrical composite cable deploying and retracting winch is proposed, which has the capacity of controllable tension and coiling cable with low tension, offering powerful traction force.
