68例股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折的手术治疗方法及临床效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究与分析股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折的手术治疗方法及临床效果。方法回顾性分析68例股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料,观察该组患者的手术治疗方法及临床效果。结果该组患者共68例,经手术治疗结束后均获得随访,随访时间为1年,其中59例患者在术后16~32周内骨折愈合,平均愈合时间25.6周,9例患者在术后1年内逐渐愈合,愈合率高达100%,且无一例患者发生股骨头坏死等严重并发症。结论对于股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折展开治疗时,需注意选择合适的内固定材料,并严格按照操作规范进行,从而取得显著的临床疗效。 Objective To investigate and analyze surgical treatment method and clinical effect of 68 cases with femoral shaft fracture complicated with ipsilateral femoral neck fracture. Methods Clinical data of 68 cases with femoral shaft fracture complicated with ipsilateral femoral neck fracture were retrospectively analyzed. Their surgical treatment method and clinical effect were observed. Results All the 68 cases in this group received follow-up for 1 year after surgical treatment. There were 59 cases among them had healed fracture in 16~32 weeks after surgery, with an average healing time as 25.6 weeks. The other 9 cases had healed fracture within 1 year after surgery. Their healing rate was 100%, without any severe complications as femoral head necrosis. Conclusion It is necessary to choose appropriate material for internal fixation and strictly follow operational standard in treating femoral shaft fracture complicated with ipsilateral femoral neck fracture with remarkable clinical effect.
