近距离煤层综采面过上层煤柱矿压规律及顶板控制研究 被引量:12

摘要 为了探索近距离煤层下层综采面在上层煤柱边缘位置回采时的矿压显现规律,研究在此期间综采面顶板的控制方法,采用了现场观测和理论分析的方法,对大柳塔煤矿活鸡兔井两种不同情况下(初采期间和正常回采期间)的综采工作面过上层煤柱进行了矿压观测和顶板运动机理研究,得出了矿压显现规律和顶板运动特征。结果表明,过上层煤柱时,距离煤柱的边缘位置(约1~5m)是压力显现最强烈的位置,是顶板控制的关键。 To study the mine pressure law of fully mechanized working face in lower seam of close distance coal seams, during mining at the edge of coal pillar in the upper seam, and to explore the roof control method in this period, field observation and theory analysis were conducted, to study the mine pressure law and roof moving characteristics of fully mechanized working face passing upper coal pillar during initial mining and regular mining period in Huojitu Coal Mine. In two kinds of conditions which were the beginning of mining and common mining were studied in this paper. The results showed that, the most obvious mine pressure behavior appeared after the working face passed about 1 - 5m beyond the edge of upper seam coal pillar, which was the key point for roof control.
