摘要
针对近距离下煤层工作面回采易造成上覆煤层采空区煤炭发生自然发火等问题,通过老巷探测、地面钻探、井下探查等方式对火区进行探查,圈定了上覆4#煤层的井巷位置及自然发火的区域,并采取了井下密闭隔离、均压通风、地面注浆等综合防控技术,结果表明,井下各种有害气体浓度均没有超限现象,有效预防和控制了采空区自燃,保障了工作面的安全顺利回采。
Aiming at the spontaneous combustion in goat" of upper coal seam in close - distance coal seams, caused by lower seam mining, the fire zone was detected through old roadway measurement, surface drilling, and underground exploration, the roadway position of 4# upper seam and the spontaneous combustion area were delineated. The comprehensive fire prevention and control technologies were applied, underground airtight wall, including pressure balancing ventilation and ground grouting. The results showed that, concentrations of all harmful gas were under control, the goal spontaneous combustion was effectively controlled ensuring the safe mining of working face.
