摘要
分析了广东省产业升级条件下人力资源需求的基本特征,以及新生代农民工的人力资本现状,指出为促进新生代农民工转变为适应广东省产业结构的中、高端技能型人才,需要加强政府在新生代农民工职业培训中的责任,建立并完善新生代农民工职业培训体系,实施以职业开发为导向的职业培训模式,强化与产业升级相关的职业培训项目,建立科学的新生代农民工职业培训评估机制。
The paper analyzed the essential features of human resource demand under the condition of industrial upgrading in Guangdong province, as well as the current situation of human capitals of new-generation migrant workers, and pointed out that : in order to promote the transformation of the new-generation migrant workers to the middle and high skilled talents adapting the industrial structure of Guangdong province, we should strengthen the government' s responsibility for the vocational training of new-generation migrant workers, establish and improve the vocational training system for new-generation migrant workers, implement the em- ployment-oriented vocational training mode, strengthen the professional training projects related to the industrial upgrading, and construct a scientific assessment mechanism of new-generation migrant workers' vocational training.
