摘要
目的:研究糖尿病合并高血压患者使用养阴活血汤进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院2012年6月—2014年6月收治的100例糖尿病合并高血压患者,将所有患者按随机抽样法分为两组各50例,其中50例患者使用二甲双胍联合硝苯地平进行治疗作为对照组,另50例患者在对照组基础上加用养阴活血汤进行治疗作为观察组。结果:治疗后观察组患者空腹血糖浓度及收缩压、舒张压均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论:糖尿病合并高血压患者使用养阴活血汤治疗效果显著,对血糖、血压控制效果好,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective： To study the clinical effect of Yin-nourishing and Blood-activating Decoction on diabetes combined with hypertension. Methods： 100 patients with diabetes combined with hypertension in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group adopted Metformin combined with Nifedipine. On basis of the control group, the observation group added Yin-nourishing and Blood-activating Decoction. Results： After treatment, the concentration of fasting blood-glucose, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.During the treatment, there were no adverse reactions. Conclusion： Yin-nourishing and Blood-activating Decoction has an obvious effect on diabetes combined with hypertension. It has a favorable controlling effect on blood glucose and blood pressure. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
