摘要
目的:分析中医辨证分型治疗消化性胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:将我院2011年1月-2013年12月间收治的60例消化性胃溃疡患者,按照治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组采用中医辨证分型治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率(91.43%)明显高于对照组(60.0%);不良反应发生率为2.86%,明显低于对照组的24.0%,差异均具有明显统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:中医辨证分型治疗消化性胃溃疡效果显著,且副作用小,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To analyze clinical effects of TCM on peptic ulcer. Methods： 60 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, and the control group received conventional western medicine treatment; the observation group received TCM differential diagnosis and treatment. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was 91.43%, significantly higher than that in the control group（60.0%）; the efficienay of adverse events was 2.86%, significantly lower than the control group（24.0%）; the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM treatment for peptic ulcer is significant, with little side effects, worthy of clinical application.
