摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病246例的临床效果。方法:将246例糖尿病患者按照随机分配原则分为观察组(123例)和对照组(123例)。其中,对照组给予西药及对症治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上增加中医辨证论治。治疗周期为6周。观察两组患者的临床有效率。结果:对照组治疗后总有效率为81.30%,观察组总有效率为94.31%,两组之间具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病的临床效果显著,有效率较高,副作用较小,提高了患者及患者家属的临床满意度。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine. Methods： 246 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into the observation group（123 cases） and the control group（123 cases）; the observation group was treated with TCM medicine more. Results： The total efficiency of 81.30% in the control group was lower than the treatment group（94.31%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical effects of integrative medicine for diabetes mellitus is remarkable, and has higher efficiency and less side effects.
