摘要
目的:观察和分析自拟补气行血汤对气虚血瘀型中风先兆患者脑血管血流动力学参数的影响,从而探讨自拟补气行血汤改善患者脑血管血液循环的作用。方法:符合纳入标准的108例气虚血瘀型中风先兆患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各54例。对照组患者给予抗凝、溶栓及改善脑循环等方面药物的常规治疗,连续2周;观察组在对照组常规治疗的基础上,给予中药自拟补气行血汤治疗,连续2周。治疗后,观察自拟补气行血汤对气虚血瘀型中风先兆患者脑血管血流动力学参数的影响,并与对照组作比较。结果:自拟补气行血汤可明显升高患者最大血流速度、最小血流速度、平均血流速度、平均血流量,降低脑血管阻力。与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:自拟补气行血汤具有较好的改善气虚血瘀型中风先兆患者脑血管血液循环的作用。
Objective： To observe and analyze the effect of Self-made Buqi Xingxue decoction on haemody-namics parameters of stroke precursor patients with deficiency of Qi and blood stasis type, and to explore the improvement action of self-made Buqi Xingxue decoction on cerebrovascular blood circulation of stroke pre-cursor patients with deficiency of Qi and blood stasis type.Methods：108 patients conformed to the inclusion criteria of stroke precursor patients with deficiency of Qi and blood stasis type were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 54 cases in each group.The parients in the control group took anti-freezing drugs and thrombolytic drugs and other drugs with improvement effect on cerebral circulation for 2 weeks,and the patients in the observation group took self-made Buqi Xingxue decoction on the basis of thera-pies in the control group for 2 weeks.After the treatment, the haemodynamics parameters in two groups were observed, and the data of the observation group were compared with those of the control group.Results： In theobservation group, the self -made Buqi Xingxue decoction could significantly increase peak systolic flow velocity,minimum flow velocity, mean flow velocity and mean blood flow, and reduce cerebral vascular resistance.Compared with those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01）, and compared with those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01）.Conclusion： The self -made Buqi Xingxue decoction has a better improvement effect on haemodynamicsparameters of stroke precursor patients with deficiency of Qi and blood stasis type.
