石膏水煎液对肝微粒体细胞色素P450酶系中CYP1A2和CYP2E1的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究石膏水煎液对肝微粒体细胞色素P450酶CYP1A2和CYP2E1活性的影响,指导临床合理用药。方法:采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对肝脏细胞色素P450酶CYP1A2和CYP2E1进行了初步研究。结果:与空白对照组比较,石膏水煎液对大鼠肝脏中的CYP1A2含量有降低的趋势,对CYP2E1的含量没有显著影响。结论:石膏对大鼠肝微粒体CYP1A2活性有抑制作用,临床上当与经过CYP1A2代谢的药物合用时应适当调整药量。 Objective: To study the influence of Gypsum water decoction on the activity of CYP1 A2 and CYP2E1 of the liver microsomal cytochrome P450,and to guide clinically rational medicine use.Methods:Use a preliminary study with double antibody sandwich enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ) for CYP1A2 and CYP2E1 of cytochrome P450.Results: Compared with the blank control group, the effect of Gypsum water decoction on the content of CY1A2 in the liver of rats had a reducced tendency,but it had no significant influence on the content of CYP2E1.Conclusion: Gypsum water decoction has an inhibitory effect on the activity of CYP1 A2 , and doctors should adjust the dosage when it is used with medicine which is after CYP1A2 metabolism at the same time.
