摘要 将医生读图经验引入波形识别,抛弃了仅就波形形态进行识别的做法,提出了采用Ⅱ、Ⅴ_5导双基准导联进行波形检测和多基线体系实现参数测量等新方法。用本方法编写的自动诊断程序可诊断40多种心脏病。经304例验证及313例临床应用,与医生读图的符合率超过90%,说明该方法对提高自动诊断的正确率有显著效果。 The Methods of automatic waveform detection and recognition in computer-assisted interpretation of the diagnostic ECG are presented in this paper. By introducing cardiologist's experiences into recognition algorithm, the traditional methods are abandoned which recognize waveform only by the morphology of the waves. Two new methods are described: one uses both Ⅱ and V_5 lead as base lead in waveform detection, and the other works on a multiple baseline system for paremeter-extracting. The results of evalutions with 303 subjects and Clinic applications for 313 cases gave the success rate of greater than 90%, which shows that the algorithm is effective for raising the accuracy of automatic ECG diagnosis.
