An Interaction Model of Repatriates' Knowledge Transfer in Multinational Corporations

摘要 回任人员国际知识转移是跨国公司打造全球竞争优势的重要途径。在分析国际知识定义及其特征的基础上,基于社会互动的角度提出了跨国公司回任人员国际知识转移的互动模型,分析了模型中的4个基本要素的特性,包括回任人员特性、母公司特性、国际知识特性和转移机会,探讨了这些特性的影响因素与回任人员知识转移之间的关系。 International knowledge transfer of repatriates offers a crucial contribution to maintaining global competitiveness for multina- tional corporations. Based on the analysis of definition and characteristics of international knowledge, the authors proposed an interaction model of repatriate's knowledge transfer in the muhinational corporation from social interactionist perspectives. Four main dements of this modal were analyzed: repatriate characteristics, characteristics of the parent company, knowledge characteristics, and transfer opportunities. Finally, the relationships between influencing factors on these four dements and repatriates' knowledge transfer were discussed in detail.
