摘要
技术问题、经济问题、器官来源问题、脑死亡标准与立法问题是器官移植面临的几个重要问题 ,它们和我国的实际决定了我国器官移植要坚持人道原则 。
The main problems organ transplant faces are technology, ecnomics, the sources of organ, the criterin of brain death and legislation. The problems and our facts determine organ tranplantion must adhere to the humanitarian principle and the way to support and prudence in china.
