摘要
目的了解河北口岸2010-2014年输入性疟疾流行特征与趋势,为口岸输入性疟疾监测和防治工作提供科学依据。方法收集整理河北口岸2010-2014年输入性疟疾病例相关资料,对疟疾流行病学特征进行分析。结果 2010-2014年共检出疟疾22例,均为输入性疟疾,检出率为24.83/10万。其发病无明显季节性,临床多高热,以恶性疟为主,其中15例患者有疟疾史。发病人群以青、中、壮年男性为主,主要是境外务工人员,感染地均为非洲国家。结论根据河北口岸输入性疟疾流行病学特征,在疟疾防控工作中应重点关注赴非洲劳务输出群体,加强疟疾防控知识宣传教育,加大口岸卫生检疫查验力度,有效阻止输入性疟疾的传入。
Objectives To investigate and analyze the epidemiological characteristics and tendencies of imported malaria at Hebei ports,and to provide scientific basis for the detection and prevention of the epidemic. Methods The materials of imported malaria from 2010 to 2014 were collected, the epidemiological characteristics were analyzed. Results From 2010 to 2014,a total of 22 imported malaria cases were detected among entry population,the incidence rate was 24.83/100 000. There was no significant seasonal difference. An attack of fever was the main clinical symptom. The majority of 22 cases with imported malaria got malignant malaria,and 15 of them had past medical history of malaria. Most of them were young men,engaged in labor and came from Africa. Conclusion According to the epidemiological characteristics of imported malaria at Hebei ports, Africa labor export group should be given more attention in the process of malaria prevention control,; the publicity of malaria prevention and control knowledge should be strengthened; the port sanitary quarantine efforts should be enhanced; the spread of imported malaria should be effectively prevented.
