摘要
目的 :研究γ 干扰素 (IFN γ)对姜黄素抑制人卵巢癌细胞株 3AO增殖的影响。方法 :采用MTT法计算细胞存活率、Giemsa染色观察细胞形态变化及凋亡情况、流式细胞术检测细胞周期变化。结果 :姜黄素可明显抑制 3AO细胞的生长 ,其半数生长抑制率 (IC50 )约为 1 8.5 μmol/L;姜黄素将肿瘤细胞聚集在S期和G2 /M期并可诱导细胞凋亡。IFN γ与姜黄素联用后 ,使上述作用明显增强 ,与两药单用组相比有统计学差异(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :IFN γ可协同姜黄素抑制人卵巢癌细胞株
Objective: To study the effect of IFN γ on curcumin's anti proliferative action on human ovarian cancer cell line 3AO in vitro. Methods: The cell growth inhibition, apoptosis and cell cycle changes were detected by MTT test, Giemsa staining and flow cytometry respectively. Results: Curcumin was effective in inhibiting the proliferation of 3AO cells and could block cells in S and G 2/M phases and induce cell apoptosis. These effects could be enhanced significantly by IFN γ. Conclusion: IFN γ can synergize curcumin's anti proliferation effect on human ovarian cancer cell line 3AO.
