摘要
目的:探讨集束化运用中医护理方案对痔瘘患者术后急性尿潴留的影响。方法:选取我院肛肠科痔瘘术后急性尿潴留患者68例,用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各34例。治疗组采用中医集束化护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组患者尿潴留解除情况,尿路感染、出血、疼痛及再次发生尿潴留的情况。结果:治疗组解除尿潴留的疗效低于对照组(P<0.05),但在尿路感染、出血、疼痛及再次发生尿潴留的方面,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化地运用中医护理方案可解除痔瘘患者术后尿潴留,减少尿路感染、出血、疼痛及再次发生尿潴留等并发症的发生。
Objective： To observe the effects of Bundles of traditional Chinese Care on acute urinary retention after opera- tion of hemorrhoids and anal fistula. Method： The 68 patients with acute urinary retention after operation of hemorrhoids and anal fistula were randomly divided into treatment group （34 cases） and control group （34 cases）, the control group received routine care, while the treatment group had Bundles of traditional Chinese Care, then the elimination of urinary retention, uri- nary tract infection, bleeding, ache, and recidivating of urinary retention was observed. Results： Effects of elimination of uri- nary retention of the control group was superior to the treatment group （P〈0.05）, however, the frequency on urinary tract infec- tion, bleeding, ache, and recidivating of urinary retention of the treatment group was less than the control group, the differ- ence was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of Bundles of traditional Chinese Care could effectively eliminated urinary retention when patients with acute urinary retention after operation of hemorrhoids and anal fistula, while it could reduce postoperative complication such as urinary tract infection, bleeding, ache, and recidivating of urinary retention.
